ABM recently hosted two, enthusiastic work experience students from a local High School. Throughout the week James and Rhys had the full ABM experience, starting with a factory tour and meeting members of the Management Team.
Both spent time joining our Rolls Royce Production area in Inspection and then our Assembly Team, adding seals to the back of the sideframes to the Rolls Royce Cullinan. They also joined some of our new Project teams; Rail Seats, supporting the moving of seat backs ready for despatch, and the Modular Housing Construction area, checking off windowsills and frames.
Work Experience is extremely valuable for young adults, this is their first glimpse into the world of work. ABM are keen to continue to support enthusiastic students who live locally. We hope to continue to provide a positive, thought-provoking experience which will contribute to their future choices.
